About the project
HC Medspa needed our help in updating their website in order to achieve a digital refresh. After redesigning their website, we saw an increase of 95% in conversion rate and an increase of 103% in organic search conversion rate.

The problem
HC Medspa is a leading aesthetic & beauty solutions chain of clinics in North London. They approached us with an outdated website that was lacking content and was in need of a colour scheme change. The company is established since 1993 with a loyal customer base but in need of a digital refresh and renewed focus in online marketing as a revenue generation tool.
The solution
Following a thorough review of the existing website, we identified the core brand values, content requirements and user needs. This led to a construction of a brand new concept to better reflect the business approach to high quality aesthetic care. The redesign included an administration area which fits the needs of the team and is easy to update.
